  • Payroll and Benefits Administrator

    Suttles Plumbing is looking for a payroll and Benefits administrator who is excellent in communication and relationship skills, who knows how to solve problems effectively, and who possesses knowledge of labor laws and union agreements.  This role will perform all functions necessary for the preparation and processing of the employee’s payroll and all associated taxes and benefits, including union-related items and LOAs. The office is in Simi Valley and the position will report directly to our HR Director while working in multiple teams such as accounting, Project Management, and HR/Labor Compliance.

    Suttles Plumbing Inc is currently seeking experienced, dependable, self-motivated, and friendly Commercial Service Plumbers, preferably with a Backflow Certification, to serve our clients. This position is year-round with a regular work week and on call rotations. We have immediate openings with great income potential. We are WILLING TO SPONSOR PLUMBERS INTO THE UNION and we have a apprenticeship program. Our office is in Simi Valley.

    We are seeking an organized, fast-paced individual to work independently and as part of a team to provide skilled and confident work. This position is a great entrance into project management or other roles and we are willing to train! Our work fluctuates often due to seasonal changes and therefore, we are always entertaining resumes. We will sponsor someone into the union if necessary. We have a state-required "Skilled and Trained" quota to fill for much of our work which requires experience in at least the equivalent hours of an apprenticeship if not already a graduate.
