The Disney Grand Central Air Terminal is a 25,000 sq ft, 2-story unreinforced brick masonry building constructed in 1930 as an air passenger terminal, converted to an office building following the conclusion of WWII. We have performed the installation of all new plumbing fixtures and piping within the building and new site utilities lines underground outside.

We installed the plumbing systems for a complete renovation and seismic upgrade of three existing structures. Completion of this project required excavation, sanitary sewer waste and vent piping, domestic cold water piping, domestic hot water piping, natural gas piping, roof drain piping, condensate drain piping for the HVAC units, plumbing fixtures and equipment, reverse osmosis system, water softener system, boilers, coring, fire stopping and insulation.

This project included natural gas to run to the AC units, lines for domestic cold water, reclaimed water, recycled water, plumbing fixtures and equipment, coring, insulation, and fire stopping. The project also required specialty plumbing systems including an oil water separator and a fuel separator tank to collect the sediment.
